By uploading tracks to the GlobalPhonic Music Bank, you make your music available for non-exclusive licensing deals worldwide. You must accurately and completely fill out the form below to add your music into the Bank. Once we verify the information and the quality of the music, your track will be made available for licensing through us. Select tracks will be streamed in the Mellow Vibe Listening Lounge.

By typing your full name in the Digital Signature field below and pressing
the Upload Track button, you affirm that you either a) own the copyright or b) are an authorized legal agent of the copyright holder for the music you are uploading into the Globalphonic, LLC ("Globalphonic"), Music Bank ("the Bank").
By submitting songs to the Bank, you are authorizing Globalphonic to act as your limited agent in order to license this specific track. Specifically, you authorize Globalphonic, without fee and at our discretion, to a) stream this track from our web site and/or b) place this track on our free sampler CDs that we distribute to potential licensers. You agree that Globalphonic is under no obligation to license your track, and Globalphonic agrees that we are not your exclusive agent.
We will contact you via email at the address you specify above if there is interest in licensing your track. This contract can be terminated by either party via email with thirty (30) days notice.
